Bikes are gaining serious
favor in the hunting industry. Compared to conventional OHV's, they are
quieter, narrower, cheaper and leave less aromatic and environmental impact.
And with the advent of fat tires and electric motors, they are capable of
tackling tougher and longer trails to get you stealthily to the perfect hunting
spot. But if you're reading this, you're likely already sold on the merits of
bowhunting with a bike. You want to know how to transport your bow on it.
Well, this is how...
The Bike Bracket fastens easily and rigidly to the
top of your front or rear luggage rack. Some luggage racks mount to the
seat post, but most will fasten to the axle for more stability
and carrying capacity. Regardless of which luggage or pannier rack you
have, the Bike Bracket is guaranteed to fit and fasten with the included
hardware. The vertical plate provides a versatile mounting location for Bowkaddy.
Even with Bowkaddy installed, there is still plenty of room on top of the
luggage rack to fasten other gear. The circular array of holes allows the Bowkaddy base to be attached on either
side and at multiple orientations. It can even be fastened directly to the
base plate of the bracket.
With the bracket and 'kaddy installed to your exact positional
preference, you are ready to hit the trail with your bow
held safely and securely. You may want to consider
adding a soft cover to your setup if your trails are
particularly narrow or muddy. Happy Trails.
